  - license/about.html and loncapa_apache.conf in release tree are modified
    by make aboutVERSION, so developer installations can include version
    and datestamp of build in version info.
    - make aboutVERSION now includes code to set the last modified time to
      the CVS commit date, so unanted .lpmlsave files will no longer be created.
  - new file: getcvsdate.pl now included in loncom/build -- used to extract
    commit date/time from CVS/Entries for about.html and loncapa_apache.conf

- Bug 6535.
 - use -p option with install to apply modification times of source files
   (in decompressed tarball) to corresponding destination files
   (in /home/httpd).
 - prevents unwanted .lpmlsave files being generated if other than the
   latest stable LON-CAPA version was installed, and later updated with a
   newer stable release.

  - Omit errors in WARNINGS file if hosts.tab, domain.tab, and ns_*.tab
    are absent frm /home/httpd/lonTabs (e.g., new installation of LON-CAPA).

Explicit setting of SHELL was causing syntax errors to be reported from commands on multiple lines, when running make Makefile.build for make 3.81-1.1.

BUG 860; processing protectionlevel in order to implement the
uninstall_shell_commands invocation mode; never_delete,
weak_delete (rm -Rvf -i), and
modest_delete+strong_delete+absolute_delete (rm -Rvf) are all supported;
IMPORTANTLY, THIS SCRIPT WILL NEVER EVER IMPLEMENT DELETION OF THE
ENTIRE FILESYSTEM (it traps 'rm -Rf /' possibilities which could result due
to flawed xml files or xml parsing rules).
