   This is really easy, 
   
   Login as felicia, select the role of domain coordinator,
   Use the create cousre button,
   
   Enter the name of the course, and the path to the sequence they
   built. (like /res/msu/retteacher/path/to/file/my.sequence)
   And their user name.
   
   They will then be course coordinator.
